Divine Model Agency was founded in 2012 by entrepreneur Toby Tao. Having gained some industry experience working for a boutique talent agency during her time as a student at City University, Toby was inspired to set up her own agency to help people get into the world of modelling, as well as follow her passion into this glamourous industry.
